Ending the week with business-related matters, Hilary Duff was dressed to impress as she arrived for an audition in Hollywood, CA on Friday afternoon (October 22).
The "Cheaper By the Dozen" actress flaunted her long legs in a short, sparkly miniskirt and a pair of high heels while emerging from the local office building looking confident following her audition.
Aside from her acting endeavors, Miss Duff recently chatted with Health magazine about getting too thin during her younger days on a diet of steamed vegetables and grilled chicken.
She revealed, "I got pretty skinny when I was between 17 and 19. At the time I was starting to become aware of what people said about me and how I looked in pictures. I regret it because I don't think I was happy then."
As for her nutritional advice, Hil told, "Eat lots of vegetables, hummus and fruit, or blend chopped veggies and Greek yogurt to make a healthy dip. You should have small snacks throughout the day and indulge in small bites of favorite foods. Eat healthy things with a high fat content, like dark chocolate and avocado for a treat."
